GUSTAV Mini GMSL series was developed to operate in the smallest environments. Whether it's robot control, machinery, or in-vehiclecamera control, the goal of the GUSTAV Mini GSML was to save space while maintaining the highest standards. The system delivers up to 100 TOPS, with up to 1 till 4 terabytes of SSD. It is ideal for specific computer vision tasks where cable security and cameras with high IP protection need to be connected. However, standard connections such as network interfaces, USB2, and a UART for debugging without the need for an HDMI or external monitor are also integrated.
This allows for fast troubleshooting with any monitor. Through the REBOTNIX SDK, you receive a complete system with GMSL drivers. Currently, the GMSL2 system supports the following cameras: D3, Stereolabs ZedX, ECON20, ECON21 and TIERIV. Additional camera integrations can be supported.

AI Verifiability and Cybersecurity Compliance To comply with European cybersecurity regulations and the forthcoming AI Act, REBOTNIX edge systems incorporate a 256-bit hardware cryptochip for secure AI application development and verification. This ensures accountability and traceability for AI-generated data. The integrated Microchip security device is a full turnkey solution with the following features:
- 4.5Kb EEPROM divided into 16 slots for secure key storage, password protection, secret data, or consumption tracking.
- Flexible memory access restrictions with lockable configuration to prevent unauthorized changes.
RB-SDK The REBOTNIX Developer SDK (Software Development Kit) simplifies working with hardware components and machine learning tasks. Key features include:
- Bundled exclusively with REBOTNIX hardware like the GUSTAV Mini.
- Support for third-party add-ons to enhance functionality.
RB-GMSL Driver Support The GUSTAV Mini comes with preinstalled GMSL (Gigabit Multimedia Serial Link) support:
- Supports one type of GMSL camera at a time.
- Enables simultaneous operation of two cameras at full speed on GMSL Port 1 and Port 2.
- Provides a pre-configured base image for system refresh. Note: The REBOTNIX Service Port Adapter is required for re-flashing due to the headless system design.
KINEVAAI Model Support The GUSTAV Mini supports all KINEVAAI models. KINEVA is an open-source training platform for computer vision tasks. While the models are free for noncommercial use, a license is required for commercial applications. * 1 - Please note that we support the video41inux as well the arguscamera support for this camera. The original API requires an virtual screen or external HDMI monitor to run, which the GUSTAV mini does not provice, cause it is a headless solution. The video driver offers /dev/video0 and /dev/videol and you can use both in pytorch, openCV or deepstream applications.
