Blox is a modular hardware platform for edge AI applications built around the NVIDIA Jetson family. This industrial & rugged device has an anodized aluminium enclosure which functions as a heatsink. It’s available with an integrated 7” touchscreen, this modular setup is created by 2 extension slots, one dedicated for communication and one for interfacing. With various standard communication modules & interface modules
available to support a broad range of use cases. Due to the modular
design, you can custom build a specific solution without having to
redesign the whole platform, which speeds up time-to-market
significantly.
The AI-BLOX - Jetson Nano system is typically used for object detection applications or security systems with an embedded camera. The Mipi connectors allow high resolution & frame rate. The Nano allows up to 3 cameras The Mipi module is fully interchangeable with a 4xUSB or 4xEthernet module instead, depending on the camera & use case. Same goes for the communication module.
